Criminal offense means a public offense, as defined in Iowa Code section 701.2, that is prohibited by statute and is punishable by fine or imprisonment.

Felony means a violation of a penal law of this state for which the offender may be punished by imprisonment for more than 1 year or an offense expressly designated by law to be a felony.
indictable offence means a criminal offence (other than a spent conviction as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974) for dishonesty, fraud or dealing in drugs.
Control Office is an exchange carrier center or office designated as the Party’s single point of contact for the provisioning and maintenance of its portion of local interconnection arrangements.
Real estate-related financial transaction means any transaction involving:
Moral turpitude means conduct that is wrong in itself even if no statute were to prohibit the conduct; and
Capital Event means and includes: (i) any transaction involving the sale, exchange or other disposition of the Project or the Company (but excluding any incidental sales or exchanges of tangible personal property and fixtures), (ii) any financing, refinancing or borrowing secured by the Project or the Company, and (iii) any condemnation or recovery of damage awards and property insurance proceeds (excluding proceeds from any rent or business interruption insurance).
