Capital One Information definition
Capital One Information means the information included in the Prospectus, but excluding the Note Insurer Information and the Underwriter Information.
Capital One Information means all information, including Capital One Data, in any form, furnished or made available directly or indirectly to First Data by Capital One or otherwise obtained by First Data from Capital One.
