Where the Trustees receive a sum of money which constitutes a Capital Receipt in respect of which a Participant is chargeable to income tax under Schedule E, the Trustees shall pay to the employer a sum equal to that on which income tax is so payable.
Such proceeds which derive from Plan Shares will be treated as a Capital Receipt in accordance with paragraph 79(2) of the Schedule provided that any sum of less than L.3 otherwise distributable to a particular Participant may be retained by the Trustees.
