More Definitions of Capital Schedule

Capital Schedule means the schedule setting forth the respective ownership interests of the holders of the New Equity as of the Effective Date, which schedule is (i) included as an exhibit in the Plan Supplement in form and substance consistent with the Plan and (ii) acceptable to the Consenting Creditor and Plan Sponsor.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
