Capital Securityholder definition

Capital Securityholder means a Person in whose name a Capital Security or Capital Securities is registered in the Securities Register; and any such Person shall be deemed to be a beneficial owner within the meaning of the Delaware Business Trust Act.
Capital Securityholder means a Holder of Capital Securities.
Capital Securityholder means, in respect of each Capital Security in registered form, each person registered on the Register as the member holding such Capital Security at the relevant time and, in respect of each Capital Security in bearer from, the holder thereof;
