Capitation Revenue definition

Capitation Revenue means all revenue recorded under GAAP from managed care organizations or third party payors where such revenue is recorded periodically on a per member basis for the partial or total dental needs of an enrolled patient.
Capitation Revenue means amounts recorded consisting of revenue from managed care organizations, where payment is made periodically on a per member basis, administration payments, co-payments and all other payments by managed care organizations, including, without limitation, managed care variable expense bonuses, hospital expense bonuses or any other bonus or payment which rewards Oncology for its medical performance under any managed care arrangement.

  • Medicaid line of business Net Capitation Revenue: Earned capitation premium, excluding IHS supplemental revenue, less premium tax, less New Mexico Medical Insurance Pool (NMMIP) and NMHIX assessments during the annual period.

  • The term “Professional Service Revenue” shall mean the sum of all (a) professional fees actually recorded each month on an accrual basis under GAAP as a result of the Dental Care rendered by the Dental Care Professionals retained by Provider, and (b) Capitation Revenue.
