Capped Interest Rate definition

Capped Interest Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.
Capped Interest Rate is not applicable, there is no Capped Interest Rate for the Loan.
Capped Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate and (b) the LIBOR Margin.
