An Internal. Use Application that will be used by Demo Recipient may not permit commerce, credits or purchases of any kind to be made through the use of such Application, without Apple’s express prior written consent. Further, You may not charge Your Permitted Entity, or any Demo Recipients, Employees, or Permitted Users, in any way for the use of such Application. An Internal Use Application that will be used by Employees and Permitted Users may permit commerce, credits or purchases, but solely for purchases of goods or services used by or consumed within Your organization (e.g., a cafeteria app can permit transactions).
An Internal. Market Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement by giving written notice to the Office of the Interconnection specifying an effective date of withdrawal not earlier than the effective date of (i) its withdrawal from the Reliability Assurance Agreement, or (ii) the assumption of its obligations under the Reliability Assurance Agreement by an agent that is a Market Buyer.
An Internal. Use Application may not download or install executable code. Interpreted code may only be used in an Internal Use Application if all scripts, code and interpreters are packaged in the Internal Use Application and not downloaded. The only exception to the foregoing is scripts and code downloaded and run by Apple's built-in WebKit framework or JavascriptCore.
