Capped Issuer Security Trustee Fee Amount definition

Capped Issuer Security Trustee Fee Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Issuer Security Trustee Fee Amount, with respect to such Payment Date and (ii) the excess, if any, of €100,000 over the Issuer Administrator Fee Amount with respect to such Payment Date.
Capped Issuer Security Trustee Fee Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Issuer Security Trustee Fee Amount, with respect to such Payment Date and (ii) the excess, if any, of €100,000 over the Issuer Administrator Fee Amount with respect to such Payment Date. “Carrying Charges” means as of any day, the sum of:

  • Indenture Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $5,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in 2017.

  • Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.
