CARCO Trust Trustee definition

CARCO Trust Trustee means The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation, in its capacity as "Trustee" under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. The Bank of New York is the successor CARCO Trust Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.
CARCO Trust Trustee means the trustee as defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
