Card Application Form definition

Card Application Form means the application form signed by the Cardmember in respect of the application for a Card, which contains or refers to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

Card Application Form means an application filled out and signed by the Cardholder in relation to the opening of a Card Account, which includes an undertaking and declaration made by the Cardholder.

Card Application Form means a form for ordering Cards, to be filled in and submitted by the User on paper or electronically, on which the User orders the type and category of the Card and specifies the individual settings belonging to each Card.
