Card Company definition

Card Company means the relevant Bank Group Member which issues commercial credit cards to the Customer;
Card Company means BOC Credit Card (International) Limited;
Card Company means a supplier who supplies ID06 cards;

  • You agree to submit only any transactions for processing which represent a bona fide, permissible transaction free of liens, claims, and encumbrances other than ordinary sales taxes; as outlined in this Agreement and in the Card Company Rules, or which accurately describes the product or services being sold or the charitable donations being made.

  • The foregoing shall include, but shall not be limited to, incorporating promptly into Merchant’s standard terms and conditions, privacy policy, and/or other customer facing documentation, any language required by applicable law or the Card Company Rules.


More Definitions of Card Company

Card Company means the relevant fuel card supplier which has authorised FCS to issue Cards to Customers on its behalf;
Card Company means the institutions in card business, such as: MasterCard International, Visa International, American Express, Bank.
Card Company means American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, Visa Inc. or any other credit card company that requires its merchants to adhere to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.
Card Company means the applicable card network company in respect of the Card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay) which are issued by the Bank.
Card Company means Visa International Service Association/MasterCard/JCB Card International Incorporated, including any organization whether domestically or internationally incorporated, which KTC participates in a card business scheme during the time this Agreement is made and/or in the future;
Card Company means MasterCard International, Visa International, American Express and/or the Bank.

Related to Card Company

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Consumer customer means anyone acting outside their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.
