Card Facility definition

Card Facility means any facility in force in respect of the Origination Fund relating to the provision of credit cards or debit cards;

Card Facility means the facility, which we may decide to make available to you, that is operated by means of the Card or the Card number, subject to these terms and conditions of use, and the amount of this facility will be advised by us to you (). The purpose of this facility is to cover the full amount used by you on your Card Account for purchases or services, or withdrawn by you from your Card Account by means of your PIN, in circumstances where sufficient cash funds are available in your Card Account;

Examples of Card Facility in a sentence

  • You may not exceed your Available Card Facility, unless you first obtain our written approval.

  • Installment Facility means the EMI Facility and the Personal Loan on the Credit Card Facility.

  • Royal Bank may decrease the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable, at any time, without the Customer’s prior consent.

  • If we are unsuccessful with the chargeback request, you will remain liable for the amount owing on your Total Card Facility.

Related to Card Facility

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
