Prepaid Installment With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any installment of principal thereof and interest thereon received prior to the scheduled due date for such installment, intended by the Mortgagor as an early payment thereof and not as a Prepayment with respect to such Mortgage Loan.
Retail installment contract means an equipment retail installment contract or retail installment loan, including any consumer installment loan, secured by Financed Equipment.
Principal Installment means, as of any date of calculation, (i) the aggregate principal amount of Outstanding Bonds due on a certain future date, reduced by the aggregate principal amount of such Bonds which would be retired by reason of the payment when due and application in accordance with the Resolution of Sinking Fund Payments payable before such future date plus (ii) the unsatisfied balance, determined as provided in the Resolution, of any Sinking Fund Payments due on such certain future date, together with the aggregate amount of the premiums, if any, applicable on such future date upon the redemption of such Bonds by application of such Sinking Fund Payments in a principal amount equal to said unsatisfied balance.
Unapplied Non-Extension Advance means any Non-Extension Advance other than an Applied Non-Extension Advance.
Installment Due Date means, for any monthly installment of interest-only or principal and interest, the date on which such monthly installment is due and payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Note.
Retail installment sale means every sale of one or more motor vehicles to a buyer for his use and
Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.
Unapplied Downgrade Advance means any Downgrade Advance other than an Applied Downgrade Advance.
Annual Installment means the portion of the PACE loan that is due and payable for a particular year under the supplemental agreement.
Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.
Payable in installments means that payment is required or permitted by agreement to be made in more than four periodic payments, excluding a down payment. If any periodic payment other than the down payment under an agreement requiring or permitting two or more periodic payments is more than twice the amount of any other periodic payment excluding the down payment, a transaction is “payable in installments”.
Applied Non-Extension Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).
Term Loan Installment Date means any Term B Loan Installment Date or any Incremental Term Loan Installment Date.
Retail installment transaction means any transaction in which a retail buyer purchases goods or services from a retail seller pursuant to a retail installment contract or a retail charge agreement that provides for a time price differential and under which the buyer agrees to pay the unpaid balance in 1 or more installments. Retail installment transaction does not include a rental-purchase agreement as defined in section 2 of the rental-purchase agreement act, 1984 PA 424, MCL 445.952.
Installment as defined in Section 2.12.
Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).
Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.
Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipt An Unscheduled Principal Receipt which is not a Full Unscheduled Principal Receipt.
AMOUNT DUE means, the amount which is the total of the purchase price of the lot and the tax payable on it, which a successful tenderer shall have to pay. The purchase price along with tax payable on the storage / purchased quantity in addition to the notified quantity will also be included in it.
Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.
Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period Either a Mid-Month Receipt Period or a Prior Month Receipt Period.
Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).
Full Unscheduled Principal Receipt Any Unscheduled Principal Receipt with respect to a Mortgage Loan (i) in the amount of the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan and resulting in the full satisfaction of such Mortgage Loan or (ii) representing Liquidation Proceeds other than Partial Liquidation Proceeds.
Periodic Payment Requirement for any Calculation Period means the total dollar amount of Securitization Charge Collections reasonably calculated by the Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement as necessary to be received during such Calculation Period (after giving effect to the allocation and distribution of amounts on deposit in the Excess Funds Subaccount at the time of calculation and that are projected to be available for payments on the Securitization Bonds at the end of such Calculation Period and including any shortfalls in Periodic Payment Requirements for any prior Calculation Period) in order to ensure that, as of the last Payment Date occurring in such Calculation Period, (a) all accrued and unpaid interest on the Securitization Bonds then due shall have been paid in full on a timely basis, (b) the Outstanding Amount of the Securitization Bonds is equal to the Projected Unpaid Balance on each Payment Date during such Calculation Period, (c) the balance on deposit in the Capital Subaccount equals the Required Capital Level and (d) all other fees and expenses due and owing and required or allowed to be paid under Section 8.02 of the Indenture as of such date shall have been paid in full; provided, that, with respect to any Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment occurring after the date that is one year prior to the last Scheduled Final Payment Date for the Securitization Bonds, the Periodic Payment Requirements shall be calculated to ensure that sufficient Securitization Charges will be collected to retire the Securitization Bonds in full as of the next Payment Date.
Collateral Senior Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).
