Card Network Rules definition

Card Network Rules means the Payment Method Rules published by a Card Network.
Card Network Rules means, collectively, all bylaws, manuals, operating rules, identification standards and any other rules, regulations, policies and procedures promulgated by the Card Networks.
Card Network Rules means, with respect to Visa, the Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules, and the Visa Direct Original Credit Transactions (OCT) Global Implementation Guide, as they may be amended or modified from time to time; and, with respect to MasterCard, the Mastercard Rules, Mastercard Transaction Processing Rules, and Mastercard MoneySend Program Guide, as they may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Card Network Rules

Card Network Rules means the bylaws, rules, regulations, orders, requirements and interpretations issued by the Card Network or otherwise communicated to the Issuer and which are applicable to the acceptance of Card Transactions by the Merchants and related matters, as amended from time to time by the Card Network;
Card Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by the Card Network participating in the Program.

This Agreement and its terms may be supplemented from time to time by the Bank by notice to you, and such notice requirement may be satisfied by the revised terms being posted on the Website, and you agree to check for updates to this Agreement. By continuing to maintain your Card Account or access its services, you are deemed to accept the terms of the revised Agreement and will be legally bound by its terms and conditions.
Card Network Rules means the rules and regulations governing acceptance of Cards. Rules are available for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and for Star, Nyce, Pulse, and Accel upon request, each as updated from time to time.
