Network Rules definition

Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).
Network Rules means the bylaws, procedures, rules and regulations of the Network, as applicable to the Program.
Network Rules means the operating rules of any Network, as may be amended from time to time and provided to Higher One in writing.

Examples of Network Rules in a sentence

  • Provider, its internal and external auditors, and its regulators may audit compliance with this Agreement, compliance with Laws and Network Rules, including, but not limited to, relating to Card acceptance and Transaction processing, data security provisions and Card Network compliance.

  • As a matter of clarification, Merchant may not terminate this Agreement if Provider amends the Agreement as necessary to comply with applicable Network Rules, Law or a judicial decision.

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Network Rules, the Network Rules shall govern and control.

More Definitions of Network Rules

Network Rules means, with respect to a Network, the rules and obligations governing the use of the Network by third parties, as may be amended or restated from time to time.

Network Rules means the rules imposed for bankcard programs by the Network, as the same may be amended from time to time.
