Card Programme definition

Card Programme means the framework required for Us to offer a Card solution to You and which is linked to the Device Identification Number;
Card Programme means a programme that is operated by a single Contracting Body which has one or more card holder End Users, operating under a single Call Off Agreement;
Card Programme means any scheme or programme, whether for promotional, marketing, incentive or other purposes involving the use of Cards.

  • As part of the benefits under the VOYAGE Credit Card Programme, the Cardmember will have access to selected airport lounges and receive certain benefits and services pursuant to the terms of the Plaza Premium Lounge Programme.

  • All fees and Charges that apply to the Corporate Card Programme and may appear as Charges are set out in the Cardmember Terms and applied directly to each Cardmember Account, for example (and by way of illustration only) annual fees and late payment fees.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such termination by us would automatically bring about the termination of the Card Programme.

  • We further reserve the right to terminate your Card Programme, your Visa Debit Card and/or Account immediately if you fail to provide us with any information we may request under these terms and conditions; or if required by law, a regulatory body, revenue authority or government agency (whether local or foreign).

  • All purchases made under the CPRs require a method to instruct and transact with the supplier which is completed by using the Council’s Purchase to Pay system (P2P) or Procurement Card Programme (P- Card).

  • The Bank shall deliver each Card to the Employer which shall be responsible for ensuring that each Card is signed by the employee whose name is embossed on the Card (the "Cardholder") immediately upon receipt and that each Cardholder observes the Commercial Card Programme Conditions of Use (the "Conditions of Use"), as may be varied, amended and supplemented from time to time by the Bank.

Related to Card Programme

  • Programme means any television broadcast and includes-

  • Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Provider under this Agreement;

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.

  • Credit Card Agreement means each agreement between the Company and a Cardholder governing the use of an Account, together with any amendments, modifications or supplements thereto (including through issuance of a change in terms notice) and any replacement of such agreement.

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Customs Broker/Carrier Agreement means an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent among a Loan Party, a customs broker, freight forwarder, consolidator, or carrier, and the Agent, in which the customs broker, freight forwarder, consolidator, or carrier acknowledges that it has control over and holds the documents evidencing ownership of the subject Inventory for the benefit of the Agent and agrees, upon notice from the Agent, to hold and dispose of the subject Inventory solely as directed by the Agent.
