Card Programme definition

Card Programme means the framework required for Us to offer a Card solution to You and which is linked to the Device Identification Number;
Card Programme means a programme that is operated by a single Contracting Body which has one or more card holder End Users, operating under a single Call Off Agreement;
Card Programme means any scheme or programme, whether for promotional, marketing, incentive or other purposes involving the use of Cards.

  • Recurring Charges may be charged to a Replacement Card without notice to You in which case You and/or, for the Corporate Card Programme only, the Cardmember (depending on which liability structure is chosen for the Cardmember Account, please see the “Liability for Charges” sections of this Agreement (Section A, clause 4 and Section B I.

  • In relation to the Corporate Card Programme, Cardmember Accounts terminate automatically upon termination of this Agreement.

  • You must notify all Programme Administrators, Cardmembers, Authorised Users and Travel Users and other directors, employees and contractors of the use of their personal data, and the rights that they have in respect of the same, as set out in this Agreement except where these persons have already been directly notified by us, for example, in the Cardmember Terms for the Corporate Card Programme or through forms they may execute and submit to us in connection with the respective Programme(s).

  • If we do not receive a request for a new Card within this time, we reserve the right to close the Account and will notify the Cardmember directly in the case of the Corporate Card Programme and You in the case of any other Programme.

Related to Card Programme

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Loan Party’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Programme Agreement means the programme agreement entered into on or about the date hereof between, inter alios, the Guarantor, the Sellers, the Issuer, the Representative of the Covered Bondholders and the Dealers.

  • Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Provider under this Agreement;

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.

  • Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder’s use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement.

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user

  • Card means any card or other account access device we issue for the purpose of accessing your account.

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).

  • Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the Distributors of Television Channels that lists Television Channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes;

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Customs Broker/Carrier Agreement means an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent among a Loan Party, a customs broker, freight forwarder, consolidator, or carrier, and the Agent, in which the customs broker, freight forwarder, consolidator, or carrier acknowledges that it has control over and holds the documents evidencing ownership of the subject Inventory for the benefit of the Agent and agrees, upon notice from the Agent, to hold and dispose of the subject Inventory solely as directed by the Agent.

  • Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.
