Card Receivables definition

Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC or the PPSA, as applicable) and each Account, together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a credit card issuer, debit card issuer, credit card processor or debit card processor to a Credit Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Credit Party on credit or debit cards issued by such issuer or processor in connection with the sale of goods by a Credit Party, or services performed by a Credit Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.
Card Receivables means credit card receivables of any of the Loan Parties to the extent and for so long as such credit card receivables are subject to a security interest in favor of any credit card receivables processor.
Card Receivables means all rights to payment of monetary obligations, now or hereafter existing and whether or not earned by performance, arising out of the use of a credit or charge card to purchase property or services from the Company.

  • Without in any way limiting Borrowers’ obligations pursuant to the preceding sentence, Borrowers, Operating Lessee and each Manager shall deposit or cause the transfer directly into the relevant Collection Account all Rents, other items of Gross Revenue and all Credit Card Receivables received by any Borrower, Operating Lessee and each Manager within one (1) Business Day after receipt thereof.

  • Each Borrower will not enter into new agreements with credit card processors processing Credit Card Receivables which constitute Eligible Credit Card Receivables hereunder other than the ones expressly contemplated herein or in Section 4.15(d)(ii) hereof unless the Borrowing Agent shall have delivered to the Agent appropriate Credit Card Notifications consistent with the provisions of Section 4.15(d)(ii) hereof and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
