Card Unauthorised Purpose definition

Card Unauthorised Purpose means (a) a fraudulent or illegal purpose; (b) a consumer, personal, or household purpose; and (c) any purpose unrelated to the Stripe Issuing Services.

  • Cards cannot be used for (a) obtaining cash back at the point of sale; or (b) any Card Unauthorised Purpose.

  • Stripe may prevent you from redeeming funds in the Stripe Issuing Account if Stripe believes your use (or intended use) of the Stripe Issuing Account (a) breaches this Agreement or any other agreement between you and Stripe; (b) is for any Card Unauthorised Purpose; or (c) would expose you, Stripe or others to risks unacceptable to Stripe.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
