Cardinal Agreement definition

Cardinal Agreement means the Laboratory Services Agreement by and between Cardinal Health PTS, Inc. (“Cardinal”) and Acorda dated April 1, 2003 relating to stability testing of oral tablets of Fampridine.
Cardinal Agreement means the Manufacturing Services Agreement entered into by InSite and Cardinal on September 12, 2005.
Cardinal Agreement means the letter agreement between Cardinal, Supplier and Buyer of even date herewith.

  • Original Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
