Except as has not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Cardinal Material Adverse Effect, each of Cardinal and its Subsidiaries is, and since January 1, 2015 has been, insured with respect to its assets and properties and the conduct of its business in such amounts and against such risks as are in its reasonable judgment sufficient for compliance with Law and as are adequate to protect its assets and properties and the conduct of its business.
