Care Business means the business of Demerged Company 1 involving maintenance and up-keep of real estate assets, which comprises of providing services of general building maintenance, utility operations and business support functions, including but not limited to management, protection and maintenance of buildings, commercial complexes, office complexes, etc. and operation thereon of common services for the benefit of the owners, corporates, lessees, vendees and occupants thereof and operation of the same with such additions, alterations, improvements or limitations as may be deemed fit and to do all matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, in each case, in relation to the Identified Assets;
