Care, custody and control means that the certified parent(s) will take into his/her/their place of residence an eligible person who requires supervised living and further:

Examples of Care, custody and control in a sentence

  • Care, custody and control of such goods remains with Seller until such time as ▇▇▇▇▇ takes physical possession or otherwise agrees in writing.
