Career and technical education program means a state-approved career and technical education program, as determined by the department.

Career and technical education program or “CTE program” means a program that offers a sequence of courses that provide students with the coherent and rigorous content aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for further education and careers in current or emerging professions.
