Cargo, neo-bulk means cargo which has historically been classified as generalized cargo, such as grain, oil, and automobiles, but now is moved in bulk movements usually in specialized vessels.

Cargo vessel means a self-propelled ship in commerce, other than a tank vessel or a passenger vessel, three hundred or more gross tons, including but not limited to, commercial fish processing vessels and freighters.
Barge means a vessel that is not self-propelled.
Transport truck means a tractor truck/semitrailer combination designed or used to transport cargoes
Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:
tanker in relation to chapter 4 means an oil tanker as defined in MARPOL Annex I, regulation 1 or a chemical tanker or an NLS tanker as defined in MARPOL Annex II, regulation 1.
