Cargo Transfer Point definition

Cargo Transfer Point means the place designated in a Confirmation for delivery of the Cargo by one Party to the other Party.

Cargo Transfer Point means the place designated in the Confirmation for delivery of the Product by one party to the other, which place may be a berth, dock, anchorage, marine terminal including alongside lighters or other vessels.

  • Nomination of a substitute Xxxxxx shall be made no later than four days before the Vessel’s arrival at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • Seller or Seller’s designated representative shall notify Buyer in writing by facsimile, letter or other writing of the Vessel’s ETA at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • The Laydays in the relevant Confirmation constitute a window for arrival of the Vessel at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • After the Vessel has arrived at the customary anchorage for the Cargo Transfer Point, and is in all respects ready to proceed with loading the Cargo, Buyer shall give NOR to Seller by facsimile, letter, telegraph, wireless, radio telephone, telephone, or e-mail, berth or no berth.

  • Buyer shall notify Seller in writing by facsimile, letter or other writing of the Vessel’s estimated time of arrival (“ETA”) at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • The Delivery Period in the relevant Confirmation represents a window for arrival of the Vessel at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • Buyer also shall provide the Vessel’s ETA in writing 72, 48, 24 and six hours before the Vessel’s expected arrival at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • Buyer promptly shall update Seller upon discovery of any Vessel problems or deficiencies that may adversely impact operations at the Cargo Transfer Point.

  • Seller generally shall take Vessels into berth at the Cargo Transfer Point in the same chronological order as Seller’s receipt of NORs, provided, however, that if the Cargo Transfer Point has special barge berths, barges shall use barge berths rather than ocean tanker dock berths.

Related to Cargo Transfer Point

  • Transfer Point means any point at which the passenger transfers between aircraft.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Transfer Passenger means passenger arriving and departing on a different aircraft, or on the same aircraft bearing different flight numbers;

  • LNG means liquefied natural gas.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.

  • Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Multimodal transport operator means the person on whose behalf the bill of lading/multimodal transport document, or any other document evidencing a contract of multimodal carriage of goods, is issued and who is responsible for the carriage of goods pursuant to the contract of carriage.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that is able to operate in cogeneration mode;

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Compressed natural gas means a mixture of hydrocarbon gases and vapors that consists primarily of methane in gaseous form that has been compressed for use as a fuel to propel a motor vehicle.

  • PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or "PJM" means the privately-

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;
