caricaturist means an employee who does one or more of the following duties –

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Cartoon means any drawing or other depiction of an object, person, animal, creature or any similar caricature that satisfies any of the following criteria:

  • Opaque means impenetrable to sight.

  • Video means simulated movement created by the display of a series of images creating the illusion of continuous movement.

  • Print means a multiple produced by, but not limited to, such processes as engraving, etching, woodcutting, lithography, and serigraphy, a multiple produced or developed from a photographic negative, or a multiple produced or developed by any combination of such processes.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • glider means a non-power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces, which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Façade means the principal front or fronts of a building.

  • Boxing means the sport of attack and defense using the fist, covered by an approved boxing glove.

  • Tourist means a person who travels from a place of residence to a different town, city, county, state, or country, for purposes of business, pleasure, recreation, education, arts, heritage, or culture.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Camera means a device that renders an image of the outside world and then converts this image into a signal (e.g. video signal).

  • Jewelry means any tangible personal property ordinarily wearable on the person and consisting in whole or in part of any metal, mineral or gem customarily regarded as precious or semi- precious.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Paraphernalia means items used for the storage or use of usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, or marijuana-infused products, such as, but not limited to, lighters, roach clips, pipes, rolling papers, bongs, and storage containers. Items for growing, cul­ tivating, and processing marijuana, such as, but not limited to, bu­ tane, lights, and chemicals are not considered "paraphernalia."

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Catalogue means the catalogue of IT Products available for Order under the provisions of the Framework Agreement.

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • Lightweight means the displacement of a ship in metric tons without cargo, fuel, lubricating oil, ballast water, fresh water and feed water in tanks, consumable stores, and passengers and crew and their effects.

  • ALI means a feature by which the service address associated with the calling party’s listed telephone number identified by ANI as defined herein, is forwarded to the PSAP for display. Additional telephones with the same number as the calling party’s, including secondary locations and off-premise extensions will be identified with the service address of the calling party’s listed number.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.

  • Games means games of chance.
