Carrier Agreements definition

Carrier Agreements means agreements with one or more Persons in the business of transmitting telecommunications signals, whether voice, data or otherwise and whether for local, long distance, domestic, international, roaming or directory assistance service and whether a toll or non-toll transmission and whether by wire or wireless transmission.
Carrier Agreements means this Agreement and all other similar agreements with Participating Carriers pursuant to which Participating Carriers and NYTP agree on the terms and conditions under which such Participating Carriers will have access to the TNAS.
Carrier Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement.
