Carrier Enterprise definition

Carrier Enterprise means (a) Carrier Enterprise, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in which the Borrower shall own, directly or indirectly, a 60% membership interest as of the First Amendment Effective Date and (b) all Subsidiaries of Carrier Enterprise, LLC.
Carrier Enterprise means Carrier Enterprise, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
