Carrier Facilities definition

Carrier Facilities means, collectively, the pipeline and the associated facilities and improvements, whether owned or leased by Carrier, to transport Crude Petroleum from the Origin to the Destination.
Carrier Facilities means all (a) Interim Constructed Facilities, (b) New BecoCom Constructed Facilities, and (c) New Carrier Constructed Facilities, which are Non-Power Space Facilities.

  • To the extent applicable in respect of a Service, it is the Customer's responsibility to provide, prepare and maintain one or more locations for the installation of UNITY's Underlying Carrier Facilities necessary in order for UNITY to provide a Service to the Customer.

  • Services may temporarily be refused, interrupted or limited because of limitations of the Carrier Facilities or Unaffiliated Carrier facilities; transmission limitations caused by atmospheric, terrain, other natural or artificial conditions adversely affecting transmission, and other causes reasonably outside of Carrier’s or the Unaffiliated Carriers’ control; equipment modifications, upgrades, relocations, repairs and other similar activities necessary for the proper or improved operation of Services.

  • If a Customer requests a Letter of Agency ("LOA") for a DS1 Private Line circuit, WilTel will issue LOA/CFA (Carrier Facilities Assignment) from the ILEC Central Office, which serves WilTel's facilities.

Related to Carrier Facilities

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.
