Carrier Partner definition

Carrier Partner means a Certified Local Exchange Carrier (LEVEL 3) that provides the facilities and trunking that an Interconnected VoIP Provider needs in order to exchange traffic with Company and demonstrates facilities readiness as described in the VoIP Numbering Order.
Carrier Partner means a mobile network operator with which AT&T has a contractual arrangement for use of a network to provide Services. “Carrier Partner Network” means those integrated mobile switching facilities, servers, cell sites, connection, billing systems, activation systems and related facilities over which the service is provided on facilities and spectrum owned or controlled by a Carrier Partner.
Carrier Partner means the Verizon entity reflected in the applicable Reseller Order that is involved in the routing of Calls to a Product to capture and analyze call traffic and generate a Pindrop Score.
