More Definitions of Carrying Charges

Carrying Charges means the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Class A-1 Rate, the Class A-2 Rate and the Class B Rate and (y) the undisbursed funds (excluding investment earnings) in the Pre-Funding Account (as of the last day of the related Due Period) and (ii) the Indenture Trustee Fee for the related Distribution Date, minus (iii) the amount of any investment earnings on funds in the Pre-Funding Account which was transferred to the Interest Reserve Account, as well as interest earnings on amounts in the Interest Reserve Account.
