Carrying Costs definition

Carrying Costs. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of amounts payable under Section 2.7(a)(iv)(A)-(C).
Carrying Costs means, for each Settlement Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • In making any payment relating to the Basic Carrying Costs Escrow Fund, Lender may do so according to any bill, statement or estimate procured from the appropriate public office (with respect to Property Taxes and Other Charges), insurer or agent (with respect to Insurance Premiums) or ground lessor (with respect to Ground Rent), without inquiry into the accuracy of such bill, statement or estimate or into the validity of any tax, assessment, sale, forfeiture, tax lien or title or claim thereof.

  • From time to time, Lender (or its Servicer) shall instruct Cash Management Bank to disburse funds on deposit in the Basic Carrying Costs Escrow Account for the payment or reimbursement of Property Taxes, Other Charges, Insurance Premiums and Ground Rent in accordance with Section 7.3 of this Agreement.

  • Lender will apply the Basic Carrying Costs Escrow Fund to payments of Property Taxes, Other Charges, Insurance Premiums and Ground Rent required to be made by Borrower pursuant to the provisions hereof and under the Mortgages; provided that during the continuance of a Cash Sweep Period, Lender shall be entitled to apply the same in its sole and absolute discretion.

Carrying Costs means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) Yield on the unpaid principal amount of each Advance (or each portion thereof) outstanding as of the related Collateral Manager Report Date (as a percentage of the Facility Amount) plus (b) all unpaid amounts due and payable to each Hedge Counterparty as of the related Collateral Manager Report Date (as a percentage of the Facility Amount) plus (c) 2.00%.
Carrying Costs. As of any Measurement Date, for the most recently ended Collection Period, the sum of the following, to the extent then accrued and unpaid: (a) the Servicing Fee, (b) the Backup Servicing Fee, (c) the Collateral Custodian Fee and (d) the Owner Trustee Fee.

The Carrying Costs for any Interest Accrual Period determined by reference to the applicable CP Rate or daily LIBOR Rate shall be calculated using an estimate for the days in such Interest Accrual Period remaining after the date on which the applicable Funding Agent or Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser notifies the Administrative Agent of the applicable Carrying Costs pursuant to Section 2.8(a)(v) of the Note Purchase Agreement. On or before the day on which the applicable Funding Agent or Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser is required to notify the Administrative Agent of the applicable Carrying Costs with respect to the next succeeding Accrual Period, such Funding Agent or Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser shall re-determine the Carrying Costs in respect of the prior Accrual Period and if such re-determined amount is higher or lower than the Carrying Costs initially reported as described above, such Funding Agent or Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser shall advise the Administrative Agent of the re-determined Carrying Costs, specifying the amount of any Carrying Costs Underpayment or any Carrying Costs Overpayment.
Carrying Costs has the meaning indicated in the Construction Agreement.
Carrying Costs shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the Note Purchase Agreement.
