Carryover Class C Interest definition
Carryover Class C Interest means (a) any Class C Monthly Interest due but not paid on any previous Distribution Date plus (b) any Class C Additional Interest.
Carryover Class C Interest means with respect to any Business Day (a) any Class C Interest due but not paid on any previous Distribution Date PLUS (b) any Class C Additional Interest due on the next succeeding Distribution Date.
Carryover Class C Interest means on any Business Day in a Monthly Period (a) any Class C Interest with respect to any Interest Accrual Period beginning in a prior Monthly Period which has not previously been deposited in the Interest Funding Account or paid on any previous Distribution Date PLUS (b) any Class C Additional Interest.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the portion of Carryover Class C Interest that constitutes Class C Additional Interest shall be payable or distributable to Class C Certificateholders only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Carryover Class C Interest means, on any Business Day in a Monthly Period, (a) any Class C Interest with respect to any Distribution Date relating to a prior Monthly Period which has not previously been deposited in the Interest Funding Account or paid on any previous Distribution Date, plus (b) any Class C Additional Interest, plus (c) any Class C Additional Interest relating to a prior Monthly Period which has not previously been deposited in the Interest Funding Account or paid on any previous Distribution Date.
