Case Management Entity definition

Case Management Entity means the Community Developmental Disabilities Program or Support Services Brokerage contracted to deliver the functions of case management.
Case Management Entity or “CME” has the meaning set forth in OAR 000-000-0000.

  • Case management means a care management plan developed for a Member whose diagnosis requires timely coordination. All benefits, including travel and lodging, are limited to Covered Services that are Medically Necessary and set forth in the EOC.
