Caseload average definition

Caseload average means the fiscal year monthly average sum of new reports plus ongoing cases per caseworker. The fiscal year caseload average is calculated as: [(fiscal year total of new reports/12) + (beginning cases on July 1 + ongoing cases on June 30/2)]/FTE on June 30 = caseload average.
Caseload average means the fiscal year monthly average of new cases and the sum of cases carried over from the prior fiscal year, per caseworker. The fiscal year caseload average is calculated as: [(new cases/12) + cases carried over from prior FY] / FTE on June 30 = caseload average].
