Cash Bonus Program definition

Cash Bonus Program means that portion of the Plan under which a participant is awarded a Cash Bonus.
Cash Bonus Program has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(c).

  • The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all bonus and benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its employees or executives, if any, to the extent that the Executive’s position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate; provided, however, the Executive shall not be eligible to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Program for Employees (Other than Executive Officers).

  • Beginning with calendar year 2021, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus award with a payout range of 0% - 125% of Executive's Base Salary (the "Annual Bonus"), upon achievement of the performance metrics adopted by the Board or the Compensation Committee in connection with the Short-Term Annual Cash Bonus Program, as described in the Incentive Program (“Performance Metrics”).

  • The Committee establishes a bonus “potential” for each bonus payable under the Cash Bonus Program for each participant, based on the participant’s level within the Company, and actual payouts can exceed that amount when the Company’s performance exceeds the pre-established thresholds.

  • The Executive shall be eligible to receive bonuses and awards under the Company’s bonus plans or arrangements as may be in effect from time to time, including the Company’s Annual Executive Cash Bonus Program, as may be from time to time determined by the Board or a committee thereof.

  • Two types of bonuses can be awarded under the Cash Bonus Program; an annual bonus award for each fiscal year, and a long-term bonus award for measurement periods in excess of one year.
