Cash Collateral Use definition

Cash Collateral Use has the meaning set forth in Section 3(c)(i) hereof.
Cash Collateral Use with the consent of the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders), each Tranche B Term Lender agrees that no objection will be raised by the Tranche B Administrative Agent or any of the Tranche B Term Lenders (and they will not request the Administrative Agent to make or support any such objection) to any such DIP Financing or Cash Collateral Use on any grounds so long as:
Cash Collateral Use means the use of cash collateral (as defined in the Bankruptcy Code) consented to by Administrative Agent and Lenders in accordance with the Restructuring Term Sheet, on terms and conditions satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Lenders.

Related to Cash Collateral Use

  • L/C Cash Collateral Account means an interest bearing cash collateral account to be established and maintained by the Agent, over which the Agent shall have sole dominion and control, upon terms as may be satisfactory to the Agent.
