Cash Election Form definition

Cash Election Form means a form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, pursuant to which a Non-Employee Director elects to receive his Annual Retainer for a particular Service Year in the form of cash, as provided in Section 6.2.
Cash Election Form shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.14(a).
Cash Election Form has the meaning given in clause 4.3(a).

  • In connection with the Aerial Merger, Investor agrees that neither it nor any of its Affiliates shall submit a Cash Election Form pursuant to Section 2(d) of the Aerial Reorganization Agreement.
