Cash Flow Consultant definition

Cash Flow Consultant means a financial advisory firm, reasonably acceptable to the Required Purchasers, engaged by the Issuer or Opco to act as an operational and cash flow consultant; it being understood and agreed that any of FTI Consulting, Xxxxxxx & Marshal, Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxx and Huron Consulting Group are reasonably acceptable to the Required Purchasers.
Cash Flow Consultant means the Commission, the Trustee, or an accounting, investment banking, banking, financial advisory, program consulting, or quantitative services firm that has experience in the preparation of cash flow projections of the type described in the General Indenture and is acceptable for such purposes to the Rating Agency.
