Cash Free & Debt Free Value definition
Cash Free & Debt Free Value means Euro 156 million which is the agreed value of the Company as at the Completion Date assuming that, (i) the net amount of Cash and Debt is equal to zero and (ii) the Working Capital is equal to the Required Working Capital;
