Cash Hold definition
Cash Hold shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.9 hereof.

If at any time prior to the Maximum Cash Hold Termination Date the aggregate book cash and Cash Equivalents of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries exceeds the Maximum Cash Hold Amount, immediate prepayment will be made on or in respect of the Initial Revolving Obligations in an amount equal to such excess.
