Cash Incentive Payment definition

Cash Incentive Payment means a payment pursuant to a Cash Incentive Award.
Cash Incentive Payment has the meaning given in clause 3.3;
Cash Incentive Payment means an amount, designated by the Board in its sole discretion, that may become payable to a Participant pursuant to this Plan.

Examples of Cash Incentive Payment in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided pursuant to the terms of the cash incentive compensation plan of AWR or the Company or the terms of the award, the amount paid to the Executive pursuant to this Section 6(a)(i) shall be in lieu of any Cash Incentive Payment to which the Executive would otherwise be entitled under any cash incentive plan of the Company or AWR for the year in which the Executive’s employment is terminated as a result of a Change in Control.

  • The Buyer’s cash on hand and other financial resources available to the Buyer, will, in the aggregate, be sufficient for the Buyer to pay the Cash Incentive Payment payable pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Cash Incentive Payment of $100,000.00, the development fee waivers, and the Additional Grant in the amount of $1,400,000.00, to be provided by CITY to DEVELOPER pursuant to the terms of this Section 4, shall be collectively referred to herein as the “GRANTS”, and are allowable as an economic development program under Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code.

  • The Company shall pay the remaining seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) of the 2019 Cash Incentive Payment in a single-lump sum payment between February 1, 2021 and March 15, 2021.

  • The amount of the annual Cash Incentive Payment for performance years 2009 and 2010 shall be adjusted consistent with the treatment of the Company’s other executive officers, taking into account the Company’s and Executive’s performance pursuant to the Company’s executive compensation program.

  • The amount of such annual Cash Incentive Payment shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the Cash Incentive Plan and shall be dependent upon (a) Executive attaining his MJOs and otherwise satisfying all applicable conditions under the Cash Incentive Plan (other than, to the extent provided herein, the requirement that Executive be employed on the date Cash Incentive Payments are paid); and (b) the Company meeting its financial goals.

  • The target amount of the Cash Incentive Payment for the performance year 2010, shall be determined by the Compensation Committee it its sole discretion, but it shall not be less than three hundred thousand ($300,000) dollars.

  • Any annual Cash Incentive Payment for the performance year 2010 shall be paid to Executive no later than March 15, 2011.

  • For any Annual Cash Incentive Payment based on a partial fiscal year, Consultant shall only be entitled to receive a pro-rata Annual Cash Incentive Payment based on the number of months during such fiscal year that this Agreement was in effect.

  • The value of any such Completion Fee shall be equal to 1.0% of the total value or benefit of the transaction to Vantage, as determined by the Board, provided however, that the maximum dollar value of all fees earned by Consultant in any calendar year (including any Annual Consulting Fee, Annual Cash Incentive Payment, Annual Share Award, and Completion Fee) shall not exceed US$2 million under any circumstances, whatsoever.
