Examples of Cash Management Account in a sentence
Representative Xxxxxxxx hereby grants to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Lender a security interest in the Cash Management Account and all deposits at any time contained therein and the proceeds thereof and will take all actions necessary to maintain in favor of Administrative Agent a perfected security interest in the Cash Management Account, including, without limitation, filing UCC-1 financing statements and continuations thereof upon Administrative Agent’s request therefor.
Administrative Agent shall have the sole right to make withdrawals from the Cash Management Account and all costs and expenses for establishing and maintaining the Cash Management Account shall be paid by Xxxxxxxx.
During the continuance of an Event of Default, any cost and expenses due and payable to Administrative Agent may be paid from any amounts in the Lockbox Account or the Cash Management Account, as applicable.
The Cash Management Account shall be titled “AIR Mezzo, LLC as Borrower fbo Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association”.
Borrower will not in any way alter or modify the Cash Management Account without the prior written consent of Administrative Agent, and Xxxxxxxx will notify Administrative Agent of the account number of the Cash Management Account.
