Cash Management Fee definition

Cash Management Fee means the fee of $500.00 per month payable to the Agent for its services hereunder.
Cash Management Fee the fees charged from time to time by the Agent in accordance with the Cash Management Agreement.
Cash Management Fee means the fee (which will be inclusive of VAT, if applicable) charged by the Cash Manager for the performance of its duties as Cash Manager under the relevant Transaction Documents.
