Cash Recovery definition

Cash Recovery means, without limitation, the total monetary amount received by Client in a Settlement or Final Judgment arising from an actual or threatened Legal Action by the Firms pursuant to this Agreement, including interest of any kind received by Client.

  • Visteon has or, to the extent executed in the future, shall have when executed, taken all necessary corporate action required for the due authorization, execution, delivery and performance by it of this Agreement, including the issuance of the Cash Recovery Subscription Equity.
