Cash Refund definition

Cash Refund means the amount of any cash refund of taxes (including any interest paid thereon) to be generated by the carryback of the Worthless Stock Deduction in whole or in part to any taxable year prior to the Loss Year.
Cash Refund means a check, which shall be made payable and delivered to a Claimant, as required by this Agreement.
