Casino Property definition

Casino Property means mineral claims, leases or other mineral property interests and assets known as the Casino project located in the Yukon Territory currently held by CRS;

Casino Property means, collectively, the Casino Land, the building structures and improvements comprising hotel and casino located on the Casino Land, and the Fixtures on the Casino Land.

Casino Property means the real property owned or leased by RIH in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.1(1) attached hereto, the real property owned by New Pier in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.1(1) attached hereto, and the real property owned by Resorts in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.1(1) attached hereto.

Casino Property means, (a) the hotel and complex currently known as the "Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino" in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (x) the hotel and complex currently known as the "Trump Marina Hotel Casino" in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (x) xxx xxxxx and complex currently known as the "Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort" in Atlantic City, New Jersex xxx (x) xxxx future hotel and complex owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than its Unrestricted Subsidiaries).

Casino Property means that real property which is the subject of the Casino Lease as more particularly described in Exhibit 5, and Casino Facility.

Casino Property means, (a) the hotel and complex currently known as the “Xxxxx Plaza Hotel and Casino” in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (b) the hotel and complex currently known as the “Xxxxx Xxxxxx Hotel Casino” in Atlantic City, New Jersey, so long as such property continues to be owned by the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries, (c) the hotel and complex currently known as the “Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx Casino Resort” in Atlantic City, New Jersey and (d) each future hotel and complex owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than its Unrestricted Subsidiaries).

Casino Property means the copper property located in the Yukon, Canada;

Casino Property shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement.
