Casino Property definition

Casino Property means mineral claims, leases or other mineral property interests and assets known as the Casino project located in the Yukon Territory currently held by CRS;
Casino Property means the real property owned or leased by RIH in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.1(1) attached hereto, the real property owned by New Pier in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.1(1) attached hereto, and the real property owned by Resorts in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.1(1) attached hereto.
Casino Property means, collectively, the Casino Land, the building structures and improvements comprising hotel and casino located on the Casino Land, and the Fixtures on the Casino Land.

  • There are no Legal Proceedings by any Governmental Entity with respect to ACE Lo, the Casino Business or the Casino Property that are pending, or to the knowledge of the ACE Selling Parties, threatened, which may result in the revocation, cancellation, termination or suspension, or any adverse modification of any Permits.

Casino Property means, (i) the hotel and complex currently known as the “▇▇▇▇▇ Plaza Hotel and Casino” in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (ii) the hotel and complex currently known as the “▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hotel Casino” in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (iii) the hotel and complex currently known as the “▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Casino Resort” in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (iv) the riverboat and hotel complex currently known as the “▇▇▇▇▇ Indiana Casino Hotel” in Gary, Indiana or (v) each future hotel and complex owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than its Unrestricted Subsidiaries).

Casino Property means all real property, including the buildings, adjacent parking lots and all related infrastructure that comprise the Casino Enterprise known as the Spirit Lake Casino and Resort at 7889 Hwy 57, St. Michael, ND 58370.
Casino Property shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement.
Casino Property means the gaming casino that is to be part of -58- 65 the Project, as more fully described in the Offering Memorandum.
