Casino definition

Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

Casino has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act; “Casino Gross Revenue” means the total of all sums, including cheques and other negotiable instruments whether collected or not, received in any month from the conduct of Gaming, less the total of all sums paid out as winnings during that month in respect of Gaming.
