Casual Visitors definition

Casual Visitors means visitors to the Premises who are not Members but who have signed the Conditions for Use and to whom AV has granted access to the Facilities and the Activities. Commencement Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Member.

Casual Visitors means visitors to the Premises who are not Members but who have signed the Conditions for Use and to whom AV has granted access to the Facilities and the Activities. Concession Fee means the reduced Membership Fee, Casual Pass or 10 Visit Pass payable by Members or Casual Visitors with a valid Student Card or any other concession cards at the discretion of AV Management. Conditions for Use means the Contract Conditions for Use of AV Facilities signed by the Member at the same time that the Member signs this Agreement. Cooling Off Period means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending at close of business forty-eight hours (48) after the Commencement Date. Facilities means the Premises, all equipment, climbing walls and all and every other piece of equipment located on the Premises provided by AV. Gear means the equipment necessary for the Member or Casual Visitor to participate in and perform the Activities, and which is available for hire by the Member or Casual Visitor at such prices determined by AV.

  • Visitors means any visitor, user, subscriber or viewer of the i*Trade@CIMB Portal.

Land owned by or rented to an "insured" on which a one or two family dwelling is being built as a residence for an "insured"; g. Individual or family cemetery plots or burial vaults of an "insured"; or h. Any part of a premises occasionally rented to an "insured" for other than "business" use.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
