Casual Visitors definition

Casual Visitors means visitors to the Premises who are not Members but who have signed the Conditions for Use and to whom AV has granted access to the Facilities and the Activities. Commencement Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Member.

Facilities means the Premises, all equipment, climbing walls and all and every other piece of equipment located on the Premises provided by AV. Gear means the equipment necessary for the Member or Casual Visitor to participate in and perform the Activities, and which is available for hire by the Member or Casual Visitor at such prices determined by AV.
